About CAM
Organized by the Fraunhofer IMWS, the annual CAM workshop has a long history of bringing together material diagnostic equipment manufacturers and experts from the electronics industry to discuss the latest application study findings on failure analysis as well as the requirements for failure analysis and material characterization from a technological standpoint. The specialists will also go over the most recent advancements in cutting-edge diagnostic techniques, equipment, and tools.
