QMH 2023 is organized by Dept. of Physics, IIT Hyderabad. This conference aims to discuss the present status, perspectives, and challenges in thin film and Heterostructure of Quantum Materials both from experiment and modelling aspects. The proposed conference is a unique one started in 2020 and we wish that this conference provides a platform to discuss the emerging trends in Quantum Matter Heterostructure research and encourage fruitful collaborations.
